We are now starting to offer programs that are outside of the regular subscription area for those who may want to focus on a specific area or goal.
Maybe it's to tune up your body to improve your golf swing. Maybe it's actually being able to go through the process to actually do a pull-up for the first time ever. Maybe, it's to just clear out all of those dysfunctional movement patterns in a systematic way so that you can get back to doing what you love again.
