6 Weeks to ‘Centered’ RIBCAGE includes:

Six weekly, live Pilates and Slings masterclasses designed to help you consistently FEEL and MOVE your ribcage. 

  • Wednesdays 9-10am Pacific Time
  • March 2, 9, 23, 30 and April 6, 13

Three live ‘Office Hours’ sessions to help you understand and embody your specific postural geometry, Wednesdays  at 10:15-11am Pacific Time 

Access to: 

  • Each week’s class recording for extra practice or if you are unable to attend the live classes.
  • A recording of the 6 Weeks to ‘Centered’ Ribcage masterclass for your continued practice through May 31, 2022.

Option to submit 4 Body Reading photos to me:  I will draw a picture of your posture to help you VISUALIZE your own body patterns.
