DETAILS

A total of FOUR 2-hour live classes delivered by Elizabeth Larkam on Fridays in January that will be recorded (8 hours of movement practice using rotator discs with various props.) 

Fridays 7 - 9 am Pacific
(10 - 12pm Eastern, 2-4 pm UK, 3-5 pm Europe)

You’ll need 2 rotator discs (no resistance, 9" or 12" ok, Precision Discs from Balanced Body are ideal.)  

Additional props that will be incorporated: wall space, resistance band, yoga block, light hand weights, magic circle, foam roller

Recordings available will be posted within 24 hours of class and all will be available until January 31, 2022.
