In this Balance-Your-Pelvis Pilates and Slings series, we will unwind your unhelpful pelvic tendencies and replace them with handselected movements executed with beautiful intentions. 

“6 Weeks to Centered” includes:

Six weekly, live Pilates and Slings masterclasses designed to help you consistently FEEL and BALANCE your pelvis 

  • Wednesdays January 19, 26 and February 2, 9, 16, 23 at 9-10am pst

Three live “Office Hours” sessions to help you understand and embody your specific postural geometry on Wednesdays at 10:15-11am pst:

    All About the Forward Tipping Pelvis
  • February 2- “Don’t Let the Door Hit Ya On the Way Out” 
    All About the Tucked Under Pelvis
  • February 9- “It’s Only Hard Until it Becomes Easy”

Option to submit 4 Body Reading photos to me:

  • I will draw a picture of your posture to help you VISUALIZE your own body patterns.

Access to each week’s class recording for extra practice or if you are unable to attend the live classes.

Access to all recorded live classes and office hours until March 31, 2022 for your continued embodiment.
