Elizabeth Larkam 7 Mornings a Week*
Are you an Elizabeth Larkam fan? Those who want to experience movement with one of the leading and cutting edge names in the Movement and Pilates world, Elizabeth Larkam, can join her each morning at 6am Pacific/9am Eastern daily (*most weeks).
Her classes feature a unique approach to many of the interesting props, tools, and equipment found in the Pilates studio (mat, rings, Oovs, Pilates Arc, Balansit, BOSU, Reformer, Rollers, and Swiss ball to name a few).

The recordings of many of the most recent classes (including Elizabeth Larkam) can be found in our "expiring content" section of the On-Demand Library inside the Monthly Subscriber's Area before they're either deleted or added to the permanent library which houses hundreds of workouts for a variety of levels of students, from a variety of teachers, using a variety of props and equipment (or no props).

1st Annual Pilates Day Banderas Bay (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico)
Be Well-Stay Well™ will be one of the sponsors of Pilates Day Banderas Bay. This is a community event designed to spread the gift of movement to Pilates enthusiasts, teachers, and of course, people who are brand new to Pilates.
While Pilates Day is celebrated worldwide, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, will be the site of a variety of in-person Pilates and movement workshops and classes happening throughout the city.
If you can't make it to Puerto Vallarta to join us, try checking to see if there are any Pilates Day events happening around your local community. Our Be Well-Stay Well™ Network (that you can access from the menu above) has many teachers who may be holding special events in their studios, on their social media, etc. on Pilates Day, which is officially on May 3.
For those who are in Mexico, you've still got time to catch one of our community events (several free classes) and paid workshops by many of the leaders in the Pilates world.

3D Workouts using the Oov®
If you're new to Be Well-Stay Well™, you may be wondering what is this Oov® you keep seeing in our class offerings. Quite simply, the Oov® is a uniquely but organically shaped foam tool that mimics a natural 3-dimensional movement experience that is designed to transform the body via the brain.
The Oov®'s self correcting properties help restore normal mobility and movement patterns that may have been lost due to injury or years of inefficient movement strategies.
In our "M-Oov-e it or Lose It" classes, the focus is on slow, deliberate movement paired with light weights and resistance bands. This method has the effect of "creating space" or congruency of the joints for improved alignment and function.
We also have standing "Cardio Towel and Oov® classes which use the oov to challenge balance and restore connection between the upper and lower body in a fun, fast paced workout designed to increase your heartrate while improving balance and mobility.
Our 3D Reformer classes will increase the challenge for more experienced movers by including the Oov®.
We currently have over 150 on-demand Oov® classes in our library that you can do in addition to our live Oov® class offerings.
