Easy to Change Your Payment Preferences

We know that circumstances change and there may be instances where it makes sense to make changes to your subscription or payment information.  While subscriptions are non-refundable, they can be cancelled at any time before your card is re-billed and you'll still have access to live classes and the portal until the end of the payment period.  After you have cancelled, your card will not be rebilled until you rejoin.  You can rejoin at any point in time in the future at the current subscription pricing.

IMPORTANT:  If you subscribed to our site using a credit card (not PayPal) BEFORE January 26, 2024, please scroll down to the end of the page to request that we manually update or change your payment preferences.  Those who subscribed or purchased AFTER January 26, 2024 or who used PayPal can follow the instructions below.

*  Click the button below and enter the name and password you used to purchase this product.

*  You'll be taken to the Settings page

*  Click Billing Info in the menu bar

If you just want to change the credit card info, you can do it there.

*  To cancel a subscription, select the subscription you'd like to cancel. (there may be a button or you'll see 3 little dots to the right of the product).

* Click Cancel Subscription.
