What Props Do You Really Need?
You may have noticed some of our classes use props or equipment and might be wondering if you can still get the benefits without having any or all of the items at home. While our prop-based classes add variety, support, and fun to your experience, they are not necessary to derive benefit from our site.
We have dozens of mat classes in our on-demand library and offer several live classes that are mat or use items as simple as a towel, wall, or even a kitchen chair. You may choose to do these classes without any additional props or choose to use props as options to support your experience.
If you check out the live class schedule, you can filter the class schedule based on equipment / props or mat.
