Does your body feel as scattered as your brain right now?
If you're moving through life feeling like the weight of the world is literally being held on your shoulders, something needs to change before it breaks.
Release those aching neck and shoulders, those tension headaches, anxiety, and that unshakable feeling of stress with an approach to movement that starts from the mind giving yourself permission to listen to your body.Join Move into Ease with Allie Greene

What props/equipment will I need for this program?
I have a few injuries, will this help treat my issues?
What if I can't make it to any or all of the live sessions?
