Create ‘Lightness of Being’ with a spring in your step and a shimmering field. Fascia-focused oscillatory movement with elastic spring quality integrates all the myofascial continuities in refreshing, surprising combinations. Ingenious sequences avoid tissue overload by alternating quadruped and standing in a variety of orientations to the wall. Intermissions of coherent breathing and humming facilitate calm focus. Spring off the wall with both and each hand and foot, stimulating dynamic stability and confident balance.
These unique movements are grounded in fascia research (Fascia in Sport and Movement, 2nd edition Handspring Publishing 2021).
They are biotensegrity-informed, balancing compression and tension in closed kinematic continuities.
Classes are 1 hour and will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours and will remain inside the product until 6/30/21.
